Lead Pastor - Andy & Cindy Casper

Andy grew up with his parents Gene and Mary in Renton, Washington until joining the Army at age 18. During his five years as a Military Policeman, he served in Saudi Arabia, Fort Meade, Maryland, Korea and then in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. He met his wife, Cindy, while stationed at Fort Belvoir. In March 1995, they married at Word of Life Assembly of God in Springfield, Virginia. Andy was called into youth ministry the last day of his military service. In 1997 Andy and Cindy moved to Washington State where Andy attended Northwest University. Andy graduated from Northwest in 2000 with a BA in Church Ministries with an emphasis in Youth. Shortly after graduation they moved back to Virginia and both joined the Word of Life staff. Andy was the youth pastor for 5 years and Cindy continues to work on the administration staff. They have three awesome kids - Drew, Cassidy, and Timothy. In 2005, God placed Church Planting on Andy's heart. He became a Church Planting Intern for a year and a half with Pastor Rob and Linda Seagears at Christ Chapel Mountaintop in Manassas. On Easter Sunday, 2008 South County Church was planted in Lorton, Virginia.
