South County Mountaintop Friends & Family,
Happy New Year! Are you ready for God's best? We are on the edge of one year and we get to free fall into all that God has in store for 2008. It is going to be an amazing year as we continue to trust the Lord. Each of you are a blessing to our lives. We are so happy to be sharing the journey with you. We are kicking off 40 Days of Fasting and Prayer this week. Join us as we pray for SCM and God's will for each person who will be part of our new church.Important Upcoming Dates:
Saturday, January 12, 1pm-5pm — Orientation & Setup at Halley Elementary
We will have a meeting for everyone who is involved and wants to be involved from 1pm-2pm, then we will setup all our equipment and test it out. (Greeters, Ushers, Hospitality, Truck Drivers, Children's Workers, Setup Directors and Teams)
Sunday, January 13, 10am — Unveiling of our truck & trailer at Mountaintop Celebration Service
At Christ Chapel Mountaintop in Manassas, Pastor Rob will be having a special service to unveil our South County Mountaintop Truck & Trailer. We would love for you to be there. It will be at Stonewall Jackson High School, 8820 Rixlew Lane, Manassas 22109.
Saturday, January 19 10am-1pm — Ministry Teams Meeting at Halley Elementary before canvass.
Saturday, January 19 1pm-4pm — Canvassing Lorton
We will be meeting at Halley Elementary and then breaking off into teams to go door to door and give out gift bags with invitations to our first service. Join us as we touch our community. 8850 Cross Chase Circle, Fairfax Station, VA 22039.
Sunday, January 27, 8am — All Hands on Deck 1st Service at Halley Elementary
We need everyone to help us setup for our first service. The doors of Halley open at 8am for our first service at 10am. Help us make it great!

Weekly Services start Easter Sunday!
March 23rd at 10am
There will be an Easter Egg Hunt for all our children following the service!
