South County Church envisions itself as a "City on a Hill" - A community of believers from many nations and many locations who CARE!

You are the light of the world - like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden. No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father. Our Target Area: A 5 mile radius with approximately 165,000 people in the South County Region

  1. Our strategy is to create excellent Weekend Experiences for Adults & Children where the environment is rich with the presence of God
    1. Cutting edge worship that draws people to engage Jesus
    2. Sermon Series that promote personal growth in God and His word

      2. The New Testament Challenge
      3. I-Value - Fundamental Truths of the A/G
Grow Together in Small Groups - Care Groups
  1. Our strategy is to have Care groups throughout the subdivisions of the South County Region - CARE Groups stand for: Connection, Accountability, Recreation and Engagement
    1. Ministry based care groups - Worship, Youth, Young Adults
    2. Curriculum based care groups - - Rock Solid, Financial Peace University, Life Management Study and Fireproof
    3. Affinity Based - Running, Motorcycles, Married Life
  2. Our goal is to have 75% of our regular attenders in on going Care Groups this year in Neighborhoods
Serve our Community and World
  1. Our local strategy is to be intentional about touching the community where they are by going to them through South County Cares - Care Projects
    1. Our financial goal for local Care Projects is $15,000
  2. Our home missions and world missions strategy is to challenge people to give regularly and to go yearly
    1. Our goal for home and world missions giving is $37,500
      1. Special Missions Sunday with appeal for faith promises
        1. Update on promises quarterly
      2. Every 2nd Sunday Special Missions Focus
    2. Our goal is to adopt the nation of Haiti for our missions focus
      1. Missions Trip in July or August
